What we actually hold, what we supply with an order, and what we will not claim.
Intellectual property
Both cover the vacuum bridge — the part that decides whether a repair holds. They are Chinese national patents, not international filings.

The bridge moulds live on our floor, which is why a brand change is a print run rather than a new tool.
Documents per shipment
Chemical repair products are one of the categories platforms gate hardest. These documents ship with the order, issued against the exact product and packaging you bought.
| Document | What it covers | When issued |
|---|---|---|
| MSDS / SDS | Composition, handling, storage and transport classification of the resin | With the order |
| COA | Batch certificate of analysis for the resin in your shipment | Per batch |
| Packing list | Cartons, units per carton, net and gross weight | Before dispatch |
| Commercial invoice | Declared value and Incoterms for customs | Before dispatch |
| Product artwork proof | Approved print file for your private-label run | Before production |
How quality is controlled
Incoming resin. Resin arrives in batches and is checked before it goes into any kit. A batch that does not match the working reference does not get packed.
Assembly. Kits are assembled and packed on the line. Bridge seating, suction cup fit and blade sharpness are the three things that generate returns, so they are the three things checked.
Pre-shipment. Cartons are checked against the packing list, and the document set is issued against the shipment rather than from a template.
Report the carton and batch number with photographs. If the fault is ours, replacement or credit is agreed on the next order — we do not ask a buyer to absorb a manufacturing fault to protect a single invoice.
Tell us the destination country and the platform you sell on. We confirm which documents apply and whether anything extra has to be arranged.
