What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the SKU and on whether the packaging is stock or custom. A stock kit and a custom blister card are two very different setups, and they carry different minimums because one needs a print run and the other does not. Send the SKU list and the market you sell into, and we quote MOQ and tiers together.
Can you print our logo and packaging?
Yes. Logo on the bridge, the resin bottle, the blade and the card; custom blister, colour box or pouch; bilingual copy where your market needs it. Send artwork as AI or PDF, or send the marketplace requirements and we lay it out. You approve a printed proof before the run starts.
Do you supply the documents platforms require for chemical products?
MSDS, COA, packing list and commercial invoice ship with the order, issued against the exact product and packaging you bought. If your destination or platform needs a specific third-party test report, tell us before ordering and we confirm whether it can be arranged.
Can we order samples before committing to a bulk order?
Always. Order the SKUs you are considering, check the resin, the bridge fit and the print quality, then place the bulk order. Sample cost and freight are quoted against the SKU list you send.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
A factory. The bridge, the bottles, the cards and the cartons are produced and packed under one roof in Pengjie, Taizhou. There is no trading desk between you and the production floor.
Who else do you manufacture for?
Two brands are named publicly on our storefront: MR FIX and HDEHARE. For every other client we stay quiet. Your competitors do not learn what you are launching from our website.
What are your payment terms?
Agreed per order and written into the proforma invoice. Repeat buyers and volume orders are handled on their own terms rather than a single published schedule.
How long is production?
Confirmed on the proforma invoice. Custom artwork adds a proofing stage before production is scheduled, so a private-label run and a stock-packaging order do not move at the same speed.
Which port do you ship from?
Ningbo or Shanghai, whichever suits the routing to your destination.
Can we mix product lines in one container?
Yes. All four lines come off the same floor, so any combination can be consolidated. The carton counts are worked out per line before the booking.
Do you sell on Amazon or Temu yourselves?
No. We manufacture for the people who do. We do not compete with the buyers we supply, and we do not run a consumer shop.
Is the resin imported?
The resin formula is specified and held by us, and the working batch is checked before it goes into kits. If your market requires a specific origin declaration, tell us and we confirm what applies to your order.
What is the difference between the three-piece and five-piece kits?
The three-piece kit is the entry format: resin, curing film and blade. The five-piece adds the vacuum bridge and accessories, which is what allows the air to be pulled out of the break before the resin goes in. That step is the difference between a repair that holds and one that clouds over.
Can you match a competitor's kit configuration?
Usually. Send the contents list and we tell you whether it maps to an existing SKU, needs a new combination, or needs a part we do not currently make.
Do you handle the freight?
We quote EXW, FOB or CIF so you can see the landed cost rather than the unit price alone. If you have a forwarder you already work with, we ship against your booking.
What happens if a carton arrives damaged or faulty?
Report the carton and batch number with photographs. If the fault is ours, replacement or credit is agreed on the next order.
Can I get a price list for the whole catalogue?
Yes. Tell us the lines you care about and the volume you move, and we send the SKU sheet with tiered pricing rather than a PDF nobody can quote from.
Do you have product videos or 3D files?
For most SKUs, yes. If you need listing assets for your own storefront, ask and we send what exists for that SKU.
