We have been the factory behind other people’s brands since 2013. Your logo, your packaging, your compliance file — produced on the same floor as our own line.
How a private-label run works
The most expensive mistakes in private label happen between the artwork approval and the first carton. These four stages exist to stop that.
Start from an existing SKU in the catalogue, or from a kit combination you already sell. Blister card, colour box and pouch each carry a different minimum and a different tooling requirement — this is the decision that sets the price.
Send AI or PDF artwork, or send the marketplace requirements and we lay it out. You approve a printed proof before the run starts. Bilingual copy, warnings, barcodes and hang tabs are handled at this stage.
A physical sample of the finished pack goes out before the bulk run. You check the resin, the bridge fit and the print. Only then does production start.
The run is packed to your carton spec, and the export document set — MSDS, COA, packing list, commercial invoice — is issued with the shipment rather than chased afterwards.
What can be customised
| Element | Options | Minimum impact |
|---|---|---|
| Product body | Logo moulded or printed on the bridge, bottle and blade | Print run, not a new mould |
| Primary pack | Blister card, colour box, fabric pouch, hang tab | Set by the format you choose |
| Artwork | Full custom, or laid out by us from your marketplace rules | Proof approval stage |
| Language | English, bilingual or multi-language inserts | Same run |
| Master carton | Units per carton, carton print, shipping marks | Confirmed with the PI |
| Kit contents | Add, remove or swap accessories inside the kit | Changes the SKU, quoted fresh |
Track record
Contract manufacturing is the core of this business, not an upsell. The volumes below are cumulative order quantities from named clients, not shipped-container estimates.
Send the SKU list, the packaging format you have in mind and your target volume. We come back with the minimum, the price and the timeline in one message.
